“In recent years Henley’s have carried out decorations, maintenance and window replacements at commercial properties in our portfolio.

During the early half of this year, we contracted them to carry out building reconstruction and development at one of our other commercial properties. This involved major reorganisation, removal and insertion of old and new walls, chimneys etc over three floors including construction of two flats on upper floors with complete new plumbing, electrics, services, fire and sound protection, decorations, to current building standards and regulations.
